First of all, I think most of us can attest to how ANNOYING this is??? I know I can! There is nothing worse than a beautiful makeup job and then a couple hours later, its formed a huge black smudge under your eyes! Well here are a couple things to try to avoid this from happening at all!
1. Switch from Pencil liner to a liquid liner. If you really dislike the look of a liquid, then try to find a pencil that isn't super creamy and after you apply it, set it with a dark shadow color. This helps to lock it into place.
2. Using a little less under eye concealer can be a big help too! A little goes a long way! (Make sure you are using the proper color---just a shade or two lighter than your skin tone.)
3. And the last thing to do is set your under eye concealer with a setting powder!! This is VERY important! This allows for longer wear as well!
